Terms of Service

This document is maintained by The Aris Group ("Aris", "the Group", "we") to govern access to and use of the staff workspace at tag.royce.ltd. It is written in plain English and is intended to be read in full before you sign in. The workspace is an in-character enterprise tool operated within the MYSverse Roblox community; it is not a real-world financial, governmental or military service.
1. Eligibility & whitelist
The workspace is private. Access is granted only to Discord accounts that the Office of the Chairman has added to the staff whitelist. By signing in you confirm that (a) you are the rightful owner of the Discord account used, (b) you are at least 13 years of age, in line with Discord's own Terms of Service, and (c) you are acting in your capacity as a member of staff or contractor of The Aris Group or one of its subsidiaries.
2. Roles and authority
The workspace operates under a defined hierarchy: Chairman and Deputy Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer, Governors, the General Secretary, Company Heads, and Staff. Your authority within the workspace is limited to the rights expressly granted by your assigned role. Acting outside that authority — for example, publishing on behalf of a subsidiary you do not lead — is a breach of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the workspace to harass, threaten or defame any person; upload unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit or hateful content; share or attempt to access information beyond the scope of your role; share your Discord credentials, session cookies or bearer tokens; automate, scrape, mirror or load-test the service without prior written permission from the Office of the Chairman; probe, scan or attempt to bypass authentication, authorisation or rate-limiting controls; or interfere with other members' lawful use of the service.
4. Content, ownership and licence
Documents, notices, tasks, agenda items, calendar entries and other material posted to the workspace ("Workspace Content") are the property of The Aris Group as a whole, held in trust by the Office of the Chairman on behalf of the subsidiaries. You retain authorship credit on your individual contributions. By posting Workspace Content you grant Aris a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, archive and use that content for the purposes of operating the Group.
5. Confidentiality
A substantial part of Workspace Content is internal and non-public — including but not limited to board minutes, operational plans, personnel records and inter-company correspondence. You agree to treat all Workspace Content as confidential unless it has been expressly released for public distribution. Confidentiality obligations survive the end of your access.
6. In-character context (MYSverse)
The Aris Group is an in-game enterprise operating inside MYSverse on the Roblox platform. References to "banking", "transport", "aviation", "security" or "media" describe simulated services within that universe. Nothing in the workspace constitutes a real-world regulated financial, transport, aviation, security or media service, and nothing posted here should be relied on as professional advice.
7. Third-party services
Sign-in is performed through Discord. Your relationship with Discord is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for outages, account suspensions or data handling on the Discord platform.
8. Availability and changes to the service
The workspace is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. We may add, remove or modify features, restructure subsidiaries, rename roles, or take the service offline at any time, with or without notice.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at the discretion of the Office of the Chairman, with or without cause. Suspected breach of these terms — particularly clauses 3 and 5 — will normally result in immediate suspension pending review. On termination, your sessions are invalidated and your Discord ID is removed from the active whitelist; an attributed record of your contributions is retained for governance and audit purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The workspace is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Aris Group, the Chairman, the Board and individual officers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the workspace.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Aris Group and its officers from any claim, demand or expense arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the workspace.
12. Governing principles
These terms are interpreted in good faith and read alongside the Privacy Policy and Security Measures pages. In the event of conflict between this page and an internal Group policy approved by the Board, the Board policy prevails for staff governance matters and this page prevails for service use.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the workspace Notice Board and the "Effective" date at the top of this page will be updated. Continued use of the workspace after a change constitutes acceptance.
